We are honoured to share in your pregnancy journey by providing non-diagnostic 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound services designed purely for bonding, keepsake, and entertainment purposes.​ By booking a session, or attending an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Nature of Our Services

Snugglescan offers non-medical and non-diagnostic ultrasound experiences. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnostic imaging, or prenatal care. We do not provide any assessments or opinions regarding fetal health, anatomy, viability, or development. You must be under the care of a qualified healthcare provider and have already undergone a diagnostic ultrasound before attending our services.

Image Quality, Recording & Printed Media

Recording or photography during your session is strictly prohibited, unless prior permission is granted by your sonographer. Printed images are selected at the discretion of the sonographer based on visibility and clarity. Please note that image quality may be influenced by natural factors including: baby’s position, placental location, maternal body mass and amniotic fluid levels.

While we will always do our best to capture beautiful images, results cannot be guaranteed.

Rescans, Gender & Refunds

Complimentary rescans are only offered for 3D/4D and gender reveal packages (at the discretion of the sonographer) and not for bonding-only packages. If a rescan is completed and image quality remains limited, refunds will not be issued.

Our services are elective and not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. 

While every effort is made to determine your baby’s gender during your session, please be aware that gender determination is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate

Privacy & Consent

All personal and health-related data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and securely managed via Square Up booking software.

Release of Liability

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that Snugglescan Pty Ltd and its employees, sonographers, and contractors are not responsible for any claims or liabilities related to:

  • The accuracy of gender determination

  • The interpretation of fetal appearance or characteristics

  • Any outcomes or effects from ultrasound scanning that are out of the ordinary or not expected in non-diagnostic use

• You accept full responsibility for your ongoing prenatal health and agree to seek appropriate medical advice from your healthcare provider.
